John Cage’s Water Walk @ “Out of the Cage” festival

out of the cage

It was great to be involved in the “Out of the Cage” festival celebrating John Cage’s 100th birthday. Alongside Fred Feeney, I performed “Water Walk” A music theatre piece involving Cognac, rubber ducks, a Grand Piano, a vase of roses and a Bath amongst other things! The challenge was to show the original work while also making it a unique performance of our own. A surreal and exciting experience … and there are rumours of us taking our bath-related adventures to the Southbank this summer … stay tuned!
